NO SHIPPING! All items purchased MUST be picked up at the Beazer model home located in the Bordeaux Walk Neighborhood at 1394 Clairet Drive, Westfield, IN 46074. Items MUST be picked up on Sunday, Feb 4th between 11am-2pm. Do not bid on items if you cannot pick them up on this day. Any items that are not picked up by 2pm on this date will be deemed forfeited and that account will be permanently banned from bidding on our site. Invoices must be paid securely online through your account. After the auction has closed, please check to see which items you have won by viewing your invoice. To view and pay your invoice please login to the website, click "Account" on the menu bar then click the smaller tab "Invoices"(payments cannot be made until all of the lots in this auction have closed). All past and current invoices will be stored on your account where you can view, pay or print them anytime. Item removal/pick up information can also be found on the invoices. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LIFT/LOAD THESE ITEMS OUT OF THE HOME. BRING TOOLS IF YOU WISH TO DISASSEMBLE ITEMS.
